These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agentado (agentado.ai), a service that generates cinematic real estate walkthrough videos from photos and listing details ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent or upload content for the property listing you submit — typically as the listing agent, brokerage, property owner, or the real estate photographer who shot the listing, or with their permission.
You provide property photos and listing details — either by entering an active listing's address or MLS/listing number, or entering them yourself — and Agentado generates a video walkthrough. A free preview (a limited-photo video with a small Agentado.ai watermark) is available at no cost; a full, watermark-free video using all of your uploaded photos is available for purchase. Videos are rendered on our servers and typically delivered by email within a few minutes of payment.
You retain ownership of the photos, listing details, and agent information you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Agentado a license to store, process, and use it solely to generate, deliver, and support your video, and for the limited internal purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that:
Agentado is not responsible for verifying that you hold these rights — that responsibility is yours alone.
By accessing the Service and requesting video generation, the User explicitly represents, warrants, and certifies that they are the legal owner of, or possess an explicit, unrestricted, and fully transferable license for, all photographs, images, texts, and media assets submitted to Agentado. The User further certifies that their underlying licensing agreements with any third-party content creators (including, but not limited to, professional real estate photographers) explicitly permit the modification, alteration, and creation of derivative works, specifically including the conversion of static images into video formats for marketing purposes.
The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agentado, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising directly or indirectly from: (i) the User's violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, copyright, or publicity rights; or (ii) any claims that video content generated at the User's request caused copyright infringement or damage to a third party.
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Service.
Agentado respects the intellectual property rights of others and has designated support@agentado.ai as its Copyright Agent for receiving notices of claimed copyright infringement. A notice should identify the copyrighted work you claim is infringed, identify the material you claim is infringing and where it can be found on the Service, and include your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
For users in the United States, Agentado has designated a Copyright Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and operates under the safe harbor protections of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Upon receiving a notice that substantially includes the information above, we will review it and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
For users in Canada, Agentado follows the "notice-and-notice" regime under the Copyright Act (Canada): upon receiving a valid notice of claimed infringement, we will forward it to the user who submitted the content in question and retain records as required by law.
We may remove content, disable access to it, or suspend an account in response to a copyright complaint at our discretion, and we will terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers.
Some video styles use AI to generate camera movement, narration, and subtitles based on the details you provide. AI-generated narration is built from your listing description and may not use all of the text you enter, may summarize or rephrase it, and can occasionally be inaccurate. The same applies to the 3D Cinematic tier's AI-generated video — camera movement, lighting, and scene details are produced by the underlying AI model and can occasionally include minor visual imperfections or artifacts. You're responsible for reviewing your finished video before using it publicly — treat it as a draft you're free to request changes to via support@agentado.ai if something looks wrong.
Full-video purchases are processed by Stripe. Pricing is shown per photo at checkout before you pay. Agentado does not store your card details — Stripe handles that directly. If your finished video doesn't match what you paid for, contact support@agentado.ai and we'll work with you to make it right.
You agree not to use Agentado to:
Agentado relies on third-party providers to operate — including a payment processor, AI video-generation providers, and cloud rendering infrastructure. Their own terms may apply to the parts of the Service they power. See our Privacy Policy for more on how your data moves through these providers.
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will always be accurate — while we work to keep things running smoothly, we can't promise perfection.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentado isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do — continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
